Cafe (Must use light or simple colors but not too dark and should have a decent cooking level)
Restaurant (Perhaps your cooking should be at least level 6 b/c you will be able to cook a lot, you also must not have too many tables, and you can have tables that can fit 2-6 people)
Hotel (Requires multiple floors, you can have elevators on each floor, there can be things like a gym, cafes or restaurants, and a pool)
Movie Theater/Cinema (Must have popcorn along with some candy at the theater’s lobby just like a real-life cinema, must have at least three theater rooms, many seats, and a big screen for each theater room)
Carnival (Can have cotton candy stands, ice cream stands, fun rides, bright colors, etc.)
School (Requires multiple floors, must be organized, must have gym class and recesses, must have a cafeteria for lunchtimes, and must have several or many classes. Making your school aesthetic is optional but the colors must be good to appeal to the eye)
Ice Rink (Can be big, must have seats, and can include shows if you want)
Spa/Beauty Salon (Make it fancy or aesthetic to appeal to the eye, your spa should have soft lighting, and soft colors)
Daycare (Must be colorful or aesthetic, should also have a playground, toys, and also includes kids lunches like French Fries, chicken nuggets, or any kids food you can find on kids menus or menus you usually see in restaurants, must also have "Babies and Kids" furniture)
Apartment building (Requires multiple floors and should also have a pool, a gym, and/or a cafe)
Hospital/Clinic (It can be a no gamepass hospital or it can have gamepasses, can be aesthetic or fancy if you want, or just a normal hospital/clinic)
Ice Cream Store/truck/stand/cart (Make it aesthetic or give it beautiful colors, it is your choice but it must have an ice cream machine which costs 100 blockbux and ice cream should be cheap)
Town/city (Requires the large plot gamepass if your city is huge or needs a lot of space)
Supermarket (Can be aesthetic if you want but it must look fancy like a real supermarket)
Gym (You can make your gym aesthetic, fancy, or normal like a real gym)
Lemonade Stand (Lemonade must cost $1 - $5)
Flower Store (You should sell flowers available in Bloxburg like wild flowers, daisies, tulips, etc. and your flower shop can be aesthetic if you want)
Dance Studio (You can make it pretty or aesthetic)
Community pool (It can be a public pool indoors or outdoors but it must have things like changing rooms, towels, benches with umbrellas, and diving boards. There should also be a lifeguard chair near the pool, you can build one if you have multiple floors or search for a tutorial on YouTube)
Lake/pond (It can have decorations like benches, plants, lights, or anything to make it realistic so that if you want to add it to your public park, it needs to look beautiful or maybe if you want, aesthetic)
Public Park (If you want, you can even add a lake or pond with decorations like benches, plants, lights, or anything to make it realistic to appeal to your park just like I said in the “Lake/pond” business)
Skate Park (Your skate park may require the basem*nt gamepass and/or multiple floors gamepass but you can look up a speed build for a Skate Park or you can build your own if you know how to build a skate park)
Bakery (Bakery foods that exist in Bloxburg like cupcakes, muffins, cookies, etc., your bakery can be aesthetic if you want)
Plant Store (You should sell plants available in Bloxburg and your plant shop can be aesthetic and can sell flowers if you want)
Club (I know Bloxburg already has a club near Fancy Furniture but if you would like to make it better, you can build your own better and improved version of the BEAT Nightclub or one from YouTube if you don't think you're good at building a club)
Library (I know Bloxburg already has a library in the City Hall but if you would like to make it better, you can build your own better and improved version of the Bloxburg City Hall's Library or one from YouTube if you don't think you're good at building a library)
Uber/Taxi Service (You can say “abc for uber driver” or “abc for taxi driver” and if someone answers you, you ask them where they are and drive them to their desired place and in the end, you ask the passenger to pay you, and the money or price will depend on how long you take to send the passenger to their desired area or you can make up the price)
Candy Store (Your candy store can have Bloxburg candies or you can make famous candies like Skittles, M&Ms, KitKat, Oreo, gummy bears, etc.)
Coffee Shop (Any food that coffee shops sell or serve like in real life but with Bloxburg food)
Hot Chocolate Stand (Can be either aesthetic or a hot chocolate themed stand)
Water park (Can have small stores like ice cream stores and water park necessities like towels, goggles, new swimming suits, etc.)
Theme park (If Bloxburg has theme park Build Mode items, you can make one and it can also have things like ice cream, fast food, desserts, etc.)
Famous restaurants/cafes/coffee shops (Examples include McDonald's, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, KFC, Jollibee, Taco Bell, etc.)
Dental clinic (It can be a no gamepass dental clinic or it can have gamepasses, can be aesthetic or fancy if you want, or just a normal hospital/clinic)
Prison/Jail (Should have jails, cafeterias, etc. for those who committed crimes in Bloxburg like robbery, I know not everyone does that but just in case anyone robs somebody’s house)
Bank (Should be fancy and money must be somewhere very safe that nobody can access >:D)
Obby (You can search for an obby speedbuild w/ gamepasses or w/o gamepasses because obbies cannot be built easily or quickly)
Thrift store/charity store (Must be a retail establishment store run by a charitable organization to raise money because the purpose of a thrift store is to raise money for charity. I would like to give you all a link if you would like to know more about thrift stores/charity stores)
Milkshake stand (Can be mini or normal sized but not too big)
Mall/Shopping Centre (Should have restaurants, clothing stores, grocery stores, etc.)
Child Protection Services (If you find a helpless child, you can ask if they need help and if they agree, you can help that child)
Toy store (Should be filled with Bloxburg toys and can be aesthetic if you want)
Office Building (Should be filled with offices and can be aesthetic if you want)
Food Delivery Service (For example, Uber Eats)
