Estoy muy decepcionado del servicio del 2do conductor (cambio de guardia). El.conducror puso musica muy alta de volumen durante Todo el trayecto sin tomar en consideración los pasajeros cansados. Por otra parte, encendia todas las luces brillantes sin motivo aparente. Muy desagradable!!!

Bus driver was late, made me wait outside in the heat while he sat down for a meal. Spoke no english and I do not speak spanish. Bathrooms were disgusting. Wifi was $15 when I was told it was a free amenity.

Will never ride Greyhound to El Paso again- I have Tornado Bus Lines! Clean, efficient, and safe. I wish I had tried them three years ago when my daughters started at UTEP. Now I can rest easy commuting my girls from Dallas tonEl Paso.
